NicheNext is a community for discovering and sharing niche business ideas and early products. Product information and comments are provided by users or operators and do not mean that NicheNext endorses those products.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping accurate account information and managing activity under your account. Unauthorized account access, session sharing, and automated abuse are not allowed.

User Content and License

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant NicheNext a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to operate, display, index, share, translate, back up, and promote that content as part of the service. Do not submit content that infringes someone else's rights.

Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, harassing, exploitative, violent, malicious, or spam content
• Vote manipulation, fake accounts, automated scraping, or requests that degrade service performance
• Posting another person's personal information, trade secrets, API keys, tokens, or private materials
• Infringing copyright, trademark, publicity, database, or other third-party rights

Review and Moderation

NicheNext may hide or remove content, adjust ranking or visibility, and restrict accounts to protect community quality and safety. In the first launch MVP, moderation decisions may be manual.

External Links and Products

Product websites, GitHub links, external images, and third-party services are operated by their providers. NicheNext is not responsible for external availability, security, pricing, performance, or promises.

MVP Availability

The first launch MVP is an experimental service that will improve quickly. Features may change or stop, and you are responsible for backups and important decisions made from service content.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, NicheNext is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use, reliance on content, external links, interruptions, or data loss.
